this is burrito and his senior johnny. a boy and girl senior are matched with each class in the lower school to sort of mentor and be buddies with the younger kids. i love this. and as you can see from the expression on burrito's face, he does too!johnny also happens to be one of john's senior english students. when johnny told burrito this, he also mentioned that john makes them write too many papers, to which burrito replied, "i'll give him some spankings then!" john and johnny both thought this was hilarious.
we saw him at our volleyball game friday night and he was sweet enough to allow a picture. when i look at it, i can hardly believe that in about 12 years, burrito will look like him. time goes by way too fast, sniff, sniff.
